코코잠 육아기록(이하 “앱”)은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 아래와 같이 처리 방침을 안내합니다. 요약하면 — 앱은 계정 없이 동작하고, 기록은 기본적으로 사용자 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 서버 저장은 사용자가 “함께 기록”(가족 공유)을 선택했을 때만 일어납니다.

1. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보 (기본)

계정을 만들지 않고 쓰는 동안, 아래 정보는 전부 사용자 기기 안(로컬 데이터베이스)에만 저장되며 개발자나 제3자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

  • 아기 정보: 이름, 생년월일, 성별(성장 곡선 계산에만 사용)
  • 육아 기록: 수유·수면·기저귀·체온·투약·유축·이유식·체중 기록과 메모
  • 하루 메모, 앱 설정

사용자가 설정에서 내려받는 백업 파일도 기기(또는 사용자가 고른 저장 위치)에만 만들어지며, 그 보관과 공유는 사용자가 관리합니다.

2. 계정 (선택)

가족과 함께 기록하거나 기능 제안에 대한 답변을 받으려면 Google 또는 Apple로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 이때 수집하는 정보는 아래가 전부입니다.

  • 이메일 주소, 이름(로그인 제공자가 전달하는 표시 이름), 인증 식별자

로그인만으로는 기록이 서버로 가지 않습니다. 기록의 서버 저장은 아래 3항의 “함께 기록”을 시작했을 때만 일어납니다.

3. 함께 기록 — 가족 공유 (선택)

가족을 만들거나 초대 코드로 합류하면, 가족 구성원이 같은 기록을 보기 위해 아래 정보가 서버(Google LLC의 Firebase Cloud Firestore, 서울 리전)에 저장됩니다.

  • 아기 정보(이름·생년월일·성별)와 1항의 육아 기록·하루 메모
  • 가족 구성: 구성원의 표시 이름과 별칭(예: “엄마”, “아빠”)

이 데이터는 해당 가족의 구성원만 읽고 쓸 수 있도록 서버 보안 규칙으로 통제되며, 가족 간 공유 외의 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 앱 개선을 위한 진단·이용통계 (Firebase)

앱을 고쳐 나가기 위해 개인을 식별하지 않는 진단·이용통계를 수집합니다. 수집·처리는 Google LLC의 Firebase(Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase)에 위탁하며, 설정 → 진단에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

보내는 것

  • 앱이 비정상 종료하거나 오류가 났을 때의 오류 내용·기기 모델·OS 버전·앱 버전·언어
  • 기능 사용 이벤트: 어떤 종류의 기록을 남겼는지, 기록에 걸린 시간 같은 구조 정보
  • 앱 설치 단위로 자동 생성되는 식별자(App Instance ID). 이름·연락처·계정과 연결되지 않습니다

보내지 않는 것

  • 기록의 내용 — 수유량·체온 같은 수치, 메모, 아기 이름·생년월일
  • 광고 식별자(IDFA/AAID). 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며 광고 목적의 추적을 하지 않습니다

5. 기능 제안 (선택)

앱 안에서 기능 제안이나 버그 신고를 보내면 작성한 텍스트와 함께 앱 버전·기기 종류· 언어가 전송됩니다. 기록 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.

6. 보관과 삭제

  • 기기 안 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. Android에서는 OS 자동 백업에 포함될 수 있으며 이는 기기 설정을 따릅니다. 백업 파일은 사용자가 보관·삭제를 관리합니다.
  • 서버 데이터는 앱 안의 회원 탈퇴로 삭제할 수 있습니다 (설정 → 계정). 탈퇴하면 계정 정보와 내가 남긴 제안이 삭제되고, 가족을 만든 사용자가 탈퇴하면 그 가족의 서버 기록 전체가 삭제됩니다. 가족에서 나가기만 하면 계정과 가족 기록은 유지되고 접근 권한만 사라집니다.
  • 탈퇴해도 기기 안의 기록은 삭제되지 않고 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • 앱을 설치할 수 없는 상황이라면 계정 삭제 안내에 따라 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 아기(아동) 정보에 관하여

앱은 보호자가 아기의 하루를 기록하는 도구이며, 만 14세 미만 아동이 직접 가입·사용하는 서비스가 아닙니다. 아기에 관한 기록은 보호자가 입력하고 보호자의 관리 아래 있으며, 함께 기록(3항)을 사용하지 않는 한 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.

8. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

앱은 인증·데이터 보관·진단을 Google LLC의 Firebase(Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase)에 위탁합니다. 함께 기록 데이터는 서울 리전에 저장되지만, 인증·진단 정보는 처리 과정에서 Google의 해외 서버에 저장될 수 있습니다(국외 이전). 이 항목을 제외하면 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

9. 이용자의 권리

  • 기록의 열람·수정·삭제: 앱 안에서 직접
  • 데이터 내보내기: 설정 → 백업 (언제나 무료)
  • 진단·이용통계 수집 거부: 설정 → 진단
  • 계정과 서버 데이터 삭제: 설정 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 29, 2026

Cocozam (“the app”) values your privacy. In short — the app works without an account, and your records are stored only on your device by default. Data is stored on a server only when you choose “tracking together” (family sharing).

1. Information stored only on your device (default)

While you use the app without an account, all of the following stays in a local database on your device only and is never sent to the developer or any third-party server.

  • Baby profile: name, date of birth, sex (used only for growth calculations)
  • Care records: feeding, sleep, diapers, temperature, medicine, pumping, solids, weight, and notes
  • Daily notes and app settings

Backup files you export in Settings are created only on your device (or a location you choose); you manage their storage and sharing.

2. Account (optional)

To track together with family, or to receive replies to feature suggestions, you can sign in with Google or Apple. The only information collected is:

  • Email address, name (the display name provided by the sign-in provider), and an authentication identifier

Signing in alone does not send your records to a server. Records are stored on a server only when you start “tracking together” (section 3).

3. Tracking together — family sharing (optional)

When you create a family or join one with an invite code, the following is stored on a server (Google LLC’s Firebase Cloud Firestore, Seoul region) so family members can see the same records.

  • Baby profile (name, date of birth, sex) and the care records and daily notes from section 1
  • Family membership: each member’s display name and nickname (e.g., “Mom”, “Dad”)

Server security rules restrict this data so that only members of that family can read or write it. It is not used for any purpose other than sharing within the family.

4. Diagnostics and usage statistics (Firebase)

To improve the app, we collect diagnostics and usage statistics that do not identify you personally. Collection and processing are entrusted to Google LLC’s Firebase (Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase), and you can turn this off anytime in Settings → Diagnostics.

What is sent

  • When the app crashes or errors: the error details, device model, OS version, app version, and language
  • Feature-usage events: structural information such as which type of record was logged and how long logging took
  • An identifier generated per app installation (App Instance ID). It is not linked to your name, contacts, or account

What is never sent

  • The contents of your records — amounts and temperatures, notes, your baby’s name or date of birth
  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID). The app shows no ads and does no ad tracking

5. Feature suggestions (optional)

If you send a feature suggestion or bug report from within the app, the text you write is sent along with the app version, device type, and language. Your care records are not included.

6. Retention and deletion

  • On-device data is deleted when you delete the app. On Android it may be included in OS auto-backup, which follows your device settings. You manage your exported backup files.
  • Server data can be deleted with account deletion inside the app (Settings → Account). Deleting your account removes your account information and your suggestions, and if the family creator deletes their account, all of that family’s server records are deleted. Leaving a family only removes your access; your account and the family’s records remain.
  • Even after account deletion, the records on your device are not deleted and remain usable.
  • If you can no longer install the app, you can request deletion by email — see the account deletion guide.

7. About your baby’s (children’s) information

The app is a tool for caregivers to record their baby’s day; it is not a service that children under 14 sign up for or use themselves. Records about your baby are entered by and under the control of the caregiver, and never leave the device unless you use tracking together (section 3).

8. Processors and international transfer

The app entrusts authentication, data storage, and diagnostics to Google LLC’s Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase). Family-sharing data is stored in the Seoul region, but authentication and diagnostics information may be stored on Google’s servers abroad during processing (international transfer). Apart from this, we do not provide or sell personal information to third parties.

9. Your rights

  • View, edit, and delete records: directly in the app
  • Export your data: Settings → Backup (always free)
  • Opt out of diagnostics and usage statistics: Settings → Diagnostics
  • Delete your account and server data: Settings → Account → Delete account

ココザム 育児記録（以下「アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を大切に扱います。要約すると — アプリはアカウントなしで動作し、記録は既定では端末の中にのみ保存されます。 サーバーへの保存は、利用者が「いっしょに記録」（家族共有）を選んだときにのみ行われます。

1. 端末内にのみ保存される情報（既定）

アカウントを作らずに使っている間、以下の情報はすべて端末内のローカルデータベースにのみ 保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーには送信されません。

  • 赤ちゃんの情報: 名前、生年月日、性別（成長計算にのみ使用）
  • 育児記録: 授乳・睡眠・おむつ・体温・投薬・搾乳・離乳食・体重の記録とメモ
  • 1日のメモ、アプリ設定

設定からエクスポートするバックアップファイルも端末（または利用者が選んだ保存先）にのみ 作成され、その保管と共有は利用者が管理します。

2. アカウント（任意）

家族といっしょに記録したり、機能のご提案への返信を受け取ったりするには、Google または Apple で サインインできます。このとき収集する情報は以下がすべてです。

  • メールアドレス、名前（サインイン プロバイダから提供される表示名）、認証識別子

サインインだけでは記録はサーバーに送られません。記録のサーバー保存は、 第3項の「いっしょに記録」を始めたときにのみ行われます。

3. いっしょに記録 — 家族共有（任意）

家族を作成するか招待コードで参加すると、家族のメンバーが同じ記録を見られるように、以下の情報が サーバー（Google LLC の Firebase Cloud Firestore、ソウルリージョン）に保存されます。

  • 赤ちゃんの情報（名前・生年月日・性別）と、第1項の育児記録・1日のメモ
  • 家族の構成: メンバーの表示名とニックネーム（例:「ママ」「パパ」）

このデータはサーバーのセキュリティルールによりその家族のメンバーのみが読み書きできる よう制御され、家族間の共有以外の目的には使用しません。

4. アプリ改善のための診断・利用統計（Firebase）

アプリを改善するために、個人を識別しない診断・利用統計を収集します。 収集・処理は Google LLC の Firebase（Crashlytics、Google Analytics for Firebase）に委託しており、 設定 → 診断からいつでもオフにできます。

送信するもの

  • アプリが異常終了・エラーしたときのエラー内容・端末モデル・OS バージョン・アプリ バージョン・言語
  • 機能の使用イベント: どの種類の記録を残したか、記録にかかった時間などの構造情報
  • アプリのインストール単位で自動生成される識別子（App Instance ID）。名前・連絡先・アカウントとは結び付きません

送信しないもの

  • 記録の内容 — 授乳量・体温などの数値、メモ、赤ちゃんの名前・生年月日
  • 広告識別子（IDFA/AAID）。アプリは広告を表示せず、広告目的のトラッキングも行いません

5. 機能のご提案（任意）

アプリ内から機能のご提案や不具合の報告を送ると、入力したテキストとともにアプリ バージョン・端末の種類・言語が送信されます。育児記録の内容は含まれません。

6. 保管と削除

  • 端末内のデータはアプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。Android では OS の自動 バックアップに含まれることがあり、これは端末の設定に従います。バックアップファイルは利用者が 保管・削除を管理します。
  • サーバーのデータはアプリ内のアカウント削除で削除できます （設定 → アカウント）。削除するとアカウント情報と自分が送った提案が削除され、 家族を作成した利用者が削除すると、その家族のサーバー記録全体が削除されます。 家族から抜けるだけの場合、アカウントと家族の記録は維持され、アクセス権のみがなくなります。
  • アカウントを削除しても端末内の記録は削除されず、引き続き使えます。
  • アプリをインストールできない場合は、アカウント削除のご案内に 従ってメールで削除を依頼できます。

7. 赤ちゃん（児童）の情報について

アプリは保護者が赤ちゃんの1日を記録するための道具であり、14歳未満の児童が自ら登録・使用する サービスではありません。赤ちゃんに関する記録は保護者が入力し、保護者の管理の下にあり、 いっしょに記録（第3項）を使わない限り端末の外に出ることはありません。

8. 処理の委託と国外移転

アプリは認証・データ保管・診断を Google LLC の Firebase（Authentication、Cloud Firestore、 Crashlytics、Google Analytics for Firebase）に委託します。家族共有のデータはソウルリージョンに 保存されますが、認証・診断の情報は処理の過程で Google の海外サーバーに保存されることがあります （国外移転）。これを除き、個人情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。

9. 利用者の権利

  • 記録の閲覧・修正・削除: アプリ内で直接
  • データのエクスポート: 設定 → バックアップ（いつでも無料）
  • 診断・利用統計の収集拒否: 設定 → 診断
  • アカウントとサーバーデータの削除: 設定 → アカウント → アカウント削除
